Motion Capture & 3D Animation Studios-located in Nims Center Studios New Orleans, opened its doors
in March of 2001 and immediately began serving the needs of the entertainment
and game development industries.
Our
Mission is to create a multi-media production center recognized for its
competitively priced, production services for game developers, broadcasters,
filmmakers, commercial producers, training developers and researchers.
Only twenty minutes from the New Orleans French Quarter and Louis
Armstrong International Airport, AVATAR Motion Capture and 3D Animation
Studios is located in the Robert E. Nims Center for

Entertainment Arts and Multi-Media Technology, a multi-million dollar,
79,000 square foot production complex.
The
Center houses the capture studio, 3D animation lab, sound stage, production
offices, four film production companies and a wide-range of production
support spaces.
